Dependent on your screen size and resolution, the Youtube Action bar could be too big and overlap/underlap with the other parts of the YouTube UI.

This is now fixed and it will always be the size of the video + got some tooltips to explain how to use it better!

This has precluded a big refactoring on how that UI has been implemented and will enable more cool stuff like "highlighting transcripts" soon!
