A bunch of bug fixes to behaviours when switching pages inside a tab

• Bookmark status in the extension menu bar would not reliably show when switching pages in the same tab

• Blocklist for the mini-sidebar would not work for web apps when switching pages after first load in the same tab (e.g where it matters a lot: Figma, Framer, Notion)

• Youtube would sometimes not pick up the title/url changes properly when clicking on a recommendation link, causing misassociated annotations
