add pages that aren't in focus

Certain sites, like youtube or sites with links to paragraphs (https://example.com#paragraph-header) have links I want to add to memex but cannot currently do.
I'd like to add a link by either:
- right-clicking and getting a send-to-memex option
- copying it and having a shortcut that adds the clipboard to memex
- having a box somewhere in the dashboard where I can type a link and save it.
Notably option 1 here doesn't account for situations where, when e.g. pressing share-link-at-timestamp in youtube I get a text version of the link. Ideally I get all these ways of adding external links.
