Can not make annotation if I have no memex but get a contributor link. It requires log in

Hi,
Regarding to 'Sharing annotated pages individually (also with people who don't use Memex)'

I created Share page on Sidebar Top Right both page link and Invite Contribute & Reply link.

I added some highlights to that page link that had been created.

When I disabled MEMEX (to try it if I have not) and pasted the Contribute & Reply link into a new tab the reader showed the highlights well.
Also, the mini annotator tooltip appeared.
But, when clicked either highlight or note it required me to log in.

BTW: How to add all highlights in bulk to that page link? Although it is logical to only add one-by-one those are needed.
