Disable Memex Highlighter on Selected Sites

It would be nice if you could add option to disable the "quick action ribbon" & "highlighter tooltip" on specific sites.

My suggestions would be to move these extension quick settings to a profile preferences area.

and replace it with a feature similar to these toggles.

For a use case example: I am a web developer, and I find myself constantly having to turn the memex extension off & on to hide the highlighter when trying to inspect the elements of a particular site I am developing. I would be nice to have the ability to have the extensions do that intuitively.
