enable selective sync for Readwise integration

allow option to only sync notes to Readwise from a specific Space. similar to selective sync functionality for Obsidian integration. Use case: I currently have 2 different workflows for different type of infromation. I'd like for 1 workflow to export memex highlights to Obsidian, and the other workflow should export memex highlights to Readwise based on the note's space.
