iOS formatting issues

Reading notes, comments and replies in the iOS app is... troublesome. HTML formatting is mixed in everywhere, and even with just plain text it's just <div>s and <p>s all over. Please fix to some proper format outputs.

Notes and comments written in iOS are perfectly fine, it's the desktop sourced ones, that are an issue.
