Last versions FF3.8.22/Chrome3.8.24 - Video Timestamps do not work

Hi,

I noticed the video time stamps do not work both of most recent Memex versions.

1. Add Note to current time - Right click
2. Timestamped Note - toolbar

3. alt-w creates note but omit the link

Taking video screenshot also doesn't work.
