multiple entries of the same page

This might be a hard problem to solve but I think it still worth noting:

When bookmarking a page it will be added using the same url as bookmarked (including hash marks and queries).

And if you made some transparent "local" navigation (that changed only the hash mark or the query of the URL) then when you'll annotate you'll actually be puting another entiry of this page into memx.

it happend to me when I bookmarked a wiki page from the wiki app (which sends the url to memex with the query string: ?wprov=sfla1) so memex added:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expression_problem?wprov=sfla1

and later when I entered the same page from my laptop the query was droped:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expression_problem

So when I highlighted some text a new entry was introduced to memex.
Now I have two entries:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expression_problem
and
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expression_problem?wprov=sfla1

only the first is marked as annotated.
