Page titles breaking Memex -> Obsidian Sync

Website titles (especially for social media) are breaking Sync for two reasons

1. titles are often generic (such as just the name of the user / profile) which means it seems to get confused about which note to send the updated info to

2. titles sometimes change (such as a website title that features "30 unread" or something like that in it's title which then creates a second note instead of updating the original.

Not to mention that since I cannot change the title without breaking sync, it's hard to know what the note is about.

I tried changing the title to a unique date/time but it was causing the same sync problems as #2 where it wouldn't recognize the note as the same one anymore because it would push the change as a new note.

Personally, I would actually welcome a simpler sync solution like:

• A semi-manual push sync where I can maybe add a note to a Space labeled Obsidian that will then send it to Obsidian one time.

  • I could then remove and re-add to that Space to send it again if I wanted to.
