Sharing of folders and search results

We want to make it possible for you to share your curations with other people via the interface as well as the agent APIs.

This means the following use cases will be possible:
1. Sharing a folder with tags with other people so they can search inside this subset of your curations, and view your notes
2. Giving other people’s agents the ability to search a customisable subset of your curations
3. Sharing a up-to-date list of a specific search query (e.g. “Everything i tagged with #politics in the last week”)
