Sort video notes by first timestamp in note

When taking video notes I can sort these notes automatically by creation time. But lets say I write two notes for a video:

1. First note at position 01:20.

2. Second note at position 3:50.

But later I go back to position 2:30 and write a new third note. If I sort these notes by creation time they would be sorted as: First, second, third.

01:20 First note
03:50 Second note
02:30 Third note

It would be nice to have an additional option to sort my notes by "first timestamp in note". Doing that should give me: First, third, second.

03:50 Second note
