Text input for annotations in mobile app is glitchy

Steps to Reproduce:

1. start an annotation

2. write some text

3. move cursor to somewhere in the middle of the text

4. start typing or backspacing

5. the cursor write\delete a char & jump back one char

expected behavior:

The cursor should remain in the correct location during writing and deletion in a middle of a text
