Video timestamp shortcut (cmd+Y) broken (+backup feature still not working)

The cmd+Y for video timestamp is working incorrectly. In the notes, instead of showing just [7:38] it shows the whole url like so:

"[7:38](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9MP3iyg4r0&t=458)"

This happens in all youtube video pages, not just specific videos.

I'm using Ventura 13.5.1. and Memex 3.4.61
