Create a web app for access to personal Memex data

Ability to reach the memex dashboard in a web app independently from the extension for use cases of:

"I want to have temporary online access primarily for easy search and citing on computers I can't install extension"

or

"Saving, annotating & AI in the tab and access in cloud, without the extension"

The latter will require also to develop a bookmarklet that can inject javascript into websites without the extension and through that allow things like:

• Annotating and saving to Memex on Safari, and on any browser where installing the extension is prohibited

• Annotating and saving to Memex natively in any mobile browser
