Zettelkasten prefix when linking to Obsidian (or any prefix)

My vault is set to create notes following the Zettelkasten naming convention; which looks like YYYYMMDDHHmm <title>

I just turned the syncing and now I have over a thousand new notes that do not match my vault and that are sitting at the top of the list, and new notes that I create via Obsidian are buried under the Memex synced ones.

Great feature though, but would be nice to be able to have more control over how they will get synced (e.g. only sync things that have notes or highlights, etc)
