Speed improvement for long videos/articles + YouTube Chapter Summaries
With a switch to Anthropic's Claude for summarisation for longer videos/articles, we can now summarise an entire 2.5h video within 10s.
This still will omit many important details, so you can also summarise chapters of videos too, so you can press the "Summarize Chapters" button in the chapter overview.

Sync filter for Obsidian/Logseq integration v3.8.5
Over-collecting is a real problem.
Sometimes you don't want to sync EVERYTHING you annotate into your notes and clutter them.
Now you can define which Spaces a page or an annotation needs to be attached to in order to sync.
As long as you add one of your defined Spaces to to a page or note, it'll sync it over and also all other Spaces you associated with it.
Earlier updates
- CJK support in search v3.8.4We heard this far too long but didn't have capacity to fix it up until now. Now you can search for individual Chinese, Japanese and Korean charactersImproved
- Readwise Sync: Only sync notes that have highlights. v3.7.8Thanks @klickreflex for the inspiration to build this. Now you can toggle a setting that only transfers notes to Readwise that have a highlight.Improved
- Conditional Rendering in Copy-Paste Templates v3.6.0Previously if data has been empty in a row it would still display the row, causing ugly gaps in your output. You have now a few options to conditionally render custom text and the highlights, notes and associated spaces by wrapping them in special tags. We've also added markers for indentation to the text field so you better can better design the template. View full syntax guide >> Syntax Updates: If variable value not available: {{^VariableName1}} Text and/or {{{VariableName2}}} {{/VariableName1}} If variable value available {{#VariableName1}} Text and/or {{{VariableName1}}} {{/VariableName1}} If page has notes {{#HasNotes}} Text and/or {{{VariableName1}}} {{/HasNotes}} Previously Now Example that I use for a Roam Export What does it do related to this new syntax update: Displays a section "Annotations" if notes available on page Displays Highlight of a note if Highlight available If no Highlight on a particular note, make the NoteText indented two spaces less to be on the same level than other Highlights in the outputImproved
- Share annotated page with one click or hotkeyTo share a link to the current page and add annotations to it is now a matter of just one click. No need to open the annotation sidebar anymore. Just press alt+y on Windows & Linux or option+y on Mac to get started or use the "Share Page" button on the action bar. Important note: Mind that this just creates the link, you still need to add annotations to it. If you already made annotations on this page and wonder why there are none showing up, this is because all annotations you make are by default private and not associated with a Space or page link. So you got to either go to the "My Annotations" tab and add them to the page link by clicking on the + icon, or create new ones while you are in that initial view, where all new annotations are automatically associated with that link.Improved
- Changing Position of Sidebar (3.4.8)The quick action sidebar previously was only possible to trigger on the right center side of the screen. Now you can also put it in the top right corner, or bottom right corner, getting less in the way of your daily work. The default has changed to the top right corner but here you can change it. Ps: you can also block it on certain domains, or disable it all together. Keyboard shortcuts will still work.Improved
- Rich Text Export for the Copy-PasterYou can now decide to export templates in Plain Text or Rich Text.Improved
- Saving prompt templates in the AI queries (version 3.3.60)Now you can save your own templates for AI queries you make so you don't have to retype frequently used prompts every time.NewImproved
